DEEP THROAT

Synopsis: Mulder and Scully head out to Ellens Air Force Base in Idaho, against the wishes of some very mysterious and powerful people. The investigation begins with the disappearance of one of the test pilots and leads to the implication of possible experimentation on UFOs by the military.

Review: I like this episode a lot. i think it's definitly stronger than the pilot, and has a better plot line (IMHO *g*). The excellent crew on the X-Files also make their presence felt, and the Mulder/Scully relationship is almost a fiery as it is nowadays. you can definitly see Duchovny and Anderson getting into their roles. I also loved some of the lines of dialogue, and Mulder's air-guitar is classic. (grow up man!)

Notes/Comments: This episode sees the wonderful Seth Green putting in an appearance (now known for his reccuring parts in the 'Austin Powers' movies, and on 'Buffy The Vampire Slayer'). As always, whoever it is that picks actors has done a great job, and picked a soon-to-be-star.

Overall: 4/5
